Scott Cook spent six years in Taiwan, tangling with kindergarteners and jamming with fellow scoundrels The Anglers and The Smoking Cones, before leaving for Canada to take up folksinging full time. It's been a harrowing road, but he's surviving so far, and getting paid to party isn't all bad. He's back on Taiwan for a tour in support of his second solo CD, a salute to the rambling life entitled "This One's on the House".
