我們已將確認回覆演出的表單連結寄到你們的Email信箱了喔~~~
所以請快去檢查一下是否有收到我們的通知信, 並儘快回覆一下吧.
Email信箱就是當初你們報名時填寫的主要聯絡人信箱,
如果還是沒有收到的話, 也請快寄信到 band@springscream.com 詢問我們喔~~
