- When you purchase the three-night set tickets, you will receive one set of QR codes. Verification for entry at the venue is done using QR codes. Please refrain from taking screenshots and forwarding them to prevent malicious use by others, which could potentially affect your own entry rights.
- Strict security checks will be conducted at the entrance. Prohibited items include cigarettes (including e-cigarettes), lighters, chewing gum, betel nuts, outside food, and no entry for individuals in an unconscious state.
- Re-entry is prohibited in the first three hours of the event. Patrons exiting during this period must purchase a new ticket and undergo strict security checks for re-entry.
- Ticket refund policy
According to the announcement of the Ministry of Culture, Republic of China dated May 16, 2018, regarding the "Standardized Contract Terms and Prohibited Clauses for Cultural Performance Tickets," Article 6 - Application for Ticket Refunds and Handling Fees, for artistic performance tickets, specific performance programs may have separate regulations. Please refer to the respective program announcements and read the instructions carefully before purchasing tickets. The ticket refund policy for this program is explained as follows: - For ticket refunds due to personal reasons, a handling fee of 5% of the face value of each ticket will be charged. Service fees and postage fees for returning the tickets are not refundable.
- Ticket refunds are accepted within three days after the purchase (excluding the purchase date). Starting from the fourth day, refund applications will not be accepted. If the purchase is made less than three days before the event, please submit the refund application before the start of the event.
- Example: If you purchase tickets on July 5, 2024 (Friday), the deadline for submitting the refund application would be July 8, 2024 (Monday).
- If you purchase tickets on July 6, 2024 (Saturday), the deadline for submitting the refund application would be July 9, 2024 (Tuesday).
- For subsequent ticket refunds, the same rule applies.
- For the ticket, due to the absence of assigned seating and the ticket being an anonymous valuable security, entry may be denied in case of ticket loss. Please ensure proper safekeeping of the ticket, as lost tickets will not be reissued.
- Early bird and presale tickets will go on sale starting from 22:00 on July 5, 2024 (Friday). There will be a total of five ticket sales phases, with each phase offering limited quantities for a limited time. Once the allocated tickets for a phase are sold out, the next phase will begin immediately.
- If presale tickets for the fifth phase are sold out earlier than expected, please purchase the tickets at the venue on the day of the event. Door ticket purchases are cash only and subject to capacity.
- Holders of presale tickets will have priority entry. Please be advised to arrive early to avoid queuing during peak hours.
- All seats are on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Venue staff reserve the right to modify, interpret, and change regulations, as well as refuse entry to any inappropriate individuals.
- To protect your safety and adhere to the dress code. Open-toe sandals and flip-flops are not allowed.
- Individuals under 18 years old and those without identification documents will be prohibited from entry.
- A ticket allows only entry of one person. In case of ticket loss, a new ticket must be purchased. No replacement tickets will be issued.
- Please double check the session and event before you purchase the tickets. No ticket exchange is available for this event.
