Event staff reserve the right to refuse entry to any inappropriate individuals. If necessary, tickets may be refunded on the spot and the guest will be asked to leave.

📜 Ticketing & Refunds

• The event adopts multi-phase ticket sales. Each phase is limited in time and quantity. Once sold out, sales move directly into the next phase.
• If the final presale phase sells out early, tickets can be purchased on-site on the day of the event. Only same-day tickets will be sold at the venue.
• Guests holding presale tickets may enjoy priority entry. Please arrive early to avoid long waiting times during peak hours.
• Personal refunds will incur a 5% handling fee.
• Refunds can be requested within 3 days of purchase (excluding the purchase date). ❌ No refunds will be accepted from the 4th day onward.
• If tickets are purchased less than 3 days before the event, refund requests must be completed before the event begins.
• Example: Purchase 2026/05/23 → Deadline 2026/05/26
• Example: Purchase 2026/05/24 → Deadline 2026/05/27
• ⚠️ No refunds after the deadline.

• Each ticket includes government entertainment tax and ticketing service fee. All payment flows and taxation are handled by iNDIEVOX.
  
  

 🎫 Admission & Ticket Check

• Each 3-Night Pass will receive 1 QRCode (valid for all nights). Please present at entrance for scanning. ⚠️ Do not screenshot or forward your QRCode, as malicious use may affect your entry rights.
• Re-entry is not permitted for this event. Leaving and returning will require a new ticket purchase, and ticket availability is subject to the venue's current capacity. A designated outdoor smoking area is available; please refer to the smoking regulations below.
• One ticket per person. Lost tickets will not be reissued; a new ticket must be purchased.
• Please double-check the event and date before purchasing. No ticket exchanges will be provided.
• ❌ Prohibited: restricted items, handheld fan, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, lighters, chewing gum, whistles, firearms, weapons, drugs, outside food & beverages, alcohol.
• ❌ Only mobile phones allowed. Cameras, video recorders, loudspeakers, and other electronic devices are strictly forbidden.
• All prohibited items will be collected at the entrance. ⚠️ The organizer is not responsible for storage or loss.
  
  

🚬 Smoking Regulations

• 🚭 Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the interior of the venue; this includes e-cigarettes.
• An outdoor smoking area is provided for this event. However, please place your cigarettes and lighters into the designated collection bins before joining the queue for entry. Strict security checks are performed at the entrance and when returning from the outdoor smoking area. Please be advised that cigarettes or lighters discovered during security checks are considered prohibited items and cannot be brought into the venue.
• The aforementioned prohibited items will be placed in collection bins; ⚠️ The organizers assume no responsibility for the safekeeping of these items.
  
  

🪪 ID Verification

• Taiwan Guests: Must bring valid physical ID, age 18+.
• International Guests: Must present passport photo page (digital copy on phone), age 18+.
• 🚫 Staff reserve the right to refuse entry to guests who are intoxicated or disruptive.
  
  

Ticket refund policy

• According to the announcement of the Ministry of Culture, Republic of China dated May 16, 2018, regarding the "Standardized Contract Terms and Prohibited Clauses for Cultural Performance Tickets," Article 6 - Application for Ticket Refunds and Handling Fees, for artistic performance tickets, specific performance programs may have separate regulations. Please refer to the respective program announcements and read the instructions carefully before purchasing tickets. 
• The ticket refund policy for this program is explained as follows:
• For ticket refunds due to personal reasons, a handling fee of 5% of the face value of each ticket will be charged. Service fees and postage fees for returning the tickets are not refundable.
• Ticket refunds are accepted within three days after the purchase (excluding the purchase date). Starting from the fourth day, refund applications will not be accepted. If the purchase is made less than three days before the event, please submit the refund application before the start of the event.
