一粒沙是一支来自新加坡的四人摇滚乐队。我们都以玩华人原创音乐为主。

参与过的活動有华艺2010，台湾春天呐喊2010&2011，香港 Music Matters 2010,台湾海洋音乐际2010， 和馬來西亞的Come On Rock！ Concert 2011，狂月搖滾派對2011 演出。

在2010年里，’一粒沙‘与‘Ah5ive’和‘红顶雀’组成了 - Live For The Moment- 活动。在十一月二十号2010年推出首张独立音乐合集’回返基地‘！请大家多多支持！

一粒沙的自創曲Beyond也非常幸運的被獲選為“青春狂想曲”， 一部馬來西亞－RUN Volunteer Network 製作的教育紀錄片的主題曲。

如果想认识一粒沙,唯一的方法是听我们的音乐，因为想说的都在音乐里；如果想更了解一粒沙,唯一的方法就是听我们的现场演唱，因为我们的一切都在现场！

We are Elyzia, a 4 piece rock band from Singapore. Elyzia write and play our own original songs sang mainly in Mandarin.

Our latest activities include taking part in Hua Yi Music Fest (SG), Spring Scream Tiger 2010 & 2011(TW), Music Matters 2010 (HK) & Hohaiyan Rock Fest 2010 (TW), Come On! Rock! 2011(MY) and Jump! Party! (MY)

Together with Ah5ive & Redpoll, we formed -Live For The Moment- movement and has launched our debut compilation on 20 Nov 2010!

One of Elyzia\\\'s Original - Beyond was also selected as the theme song for an Educational Documentary produced by RUN Volunteer Network (MY).
